What is Fox Pointe?
Fox Pointe is a 55 lot traditional subdivision placed on approximately 25 acres of pristine valley land at 5700 feet above sea level with views overlooking Mount Timpanogos, Deer Creek Reservoir, and the Beautiful Heber Valley.

Where is Fox Pointe?
Fox Pointe is centrally located within Midway Utah and is 12 minutes from world class Deer Valley skiing (via the Deer Crest gondola), 5 minutes from wake boarding at Deer Creek Reservoir, 20 minutes from Park City, and 30 minutes from Provo.

How do I get to Fox Pointe?
From Provo/Orem: Take Provo Canyon Highway and head north on 3600 West Charleston Rd in Charleston past Deer Creek Reservoir. Follow it until you intersect Main St in Midway. Head South on Main St until you come upon 500 E Fox Den Lane on the South side of Main St. Another .1 miles and you have arrived at Fox Pointe. From Heber: From Main St Heber, take 100 South towards Midway. Pass over the Provo River bridge and turn South on 500 E Fox Den Lane. Another .1 miles and you have arrived Fox Pointe. From Park City: Take HWY 40 heading south towards Heber/Midway. At your first set of lights, head West on River Road. Follow River Road to your first roundabout and head south off the roundabout (still River Rd). At the stop sign turn east and take your next right, 500 E Fox Den Lane. Another .1 miles and you have arrived at Fox Pointe.

Can I pick my own floor plan at Fox Pointe?
We have 7 standard plans with unlimited options available, but if we don't have something that you truly love, we can certainly build you dream plan as long as it meets the CC&R's of the Fox Point Owners Association so if you can dream it, we can build it!

What is the minimum square footage for Fox Pointe?
Home sizes start at 1500 sq. ft. on the main level

Is landscaping included in the purchase prices?
Yes, a fully landscaped front yard is included in the list prices on this website. A description of the landscaped plan is available upon request.

Does Fox Pointe have CC&R’s and Architectural Design Guidelines?
Yes. They are put in place to help ensure that the project meets the Owners high standards which will help protect the properties for future generations.

Is there an HOA at Fox Pointe?
Yes, there is an HOA to help manage and maintain the community. HOA dues are approximately $350/year.

What do the dues cover?
Common area maintenance, insurance, and irrigation water usage.

What utilities are available?
Midway City is providing the culinary water. Midway irrigation is providing the irrigation water for the common area. Underground gas, electric, telephone, sewer are available at every home site.

What type of financing is available for the project?
Fox Pointe has numerous financing options. Speak with our sales team about our preferred lenders.

What is the climate?
Being in the mountains, the air is never humid or too warm in the summer months. Clear blue skies and clean air are signature features of the Midway area. We are always a bit cooler than Salt Lake City and a bit warmer than Park City, just perfect.
